This website describes the services of Shotgun Partners and takes applications to work with us. Browsing it, or applying through it, creates no engagement: every engagement is governed by a signed agreement, and nothing here is an offer, a guarantee, or professional advice.
Prices and terms shown
We publish our pricing because we believe you should see it before a call. Published figures describe our standard structure at the effective date above; the numbers that bind either of us are the ones in a signed agreement.
What’s ours
The words, design, and imagery on this site belong to Shotgun Partners. Quote us with attribution all you like; wholesale copying of the site or its content is not permitted.
Applications
When you apply — as a founder or as talent — you agree that what you submit is truthful and yours to share, and that we may contact you about it. How we handle the information is covered by our privacy notice.
The honest limits
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranty that it always will be, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site alone — the call, the application, and the signed agreement are where the real decisions happen.
Changes and law
We may update these terms as the firm grows; the effective date above moves when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the firm is organized.
